Tom Voiland, President Principal:
Tom brings over 16 years of business experience to EPSi, providing our clients with a wide range of Business Advisory opportunities. Tom is a CPA who began his career at Arthur Andersen and prior to founding EPSi worked at an executive level for such companies as Tribridge, Outback Steakhouse, DavisBaldwin and Sports & Recreation where he was instrumental in the strategic and tactical operations of these successful businesses. In his career, Tom has had responsibilities in the areas of accounting, finance, HR, IT, business development, operations and project management. Tom's broad based professional experience coupled with his practical knowledge of business operations provides EPSi clients with what they desire most; "real world" answers to their business issues.

Leanne Voiland, Director Principal:
Leanne brings over 15 years of executive level business experience in companies such as Arthur Andersen and Tropicana Products.  Leanne is a Florida State graduate with a degree in Accounting and currently holds a C.P.A. designation.  Leanne has held various positions responsible for developing and executing business plans, streamlining processes, cutting costs and leveraging technology.  At Tropicana, Leanne was responsible for managing a staff overseeing $430 million in annual revenue.  Leanne’s innovative and growth driven business approach provides EPSi and its clients with a wealth of broad business knowledge, allowing EPSi to deliver on its core value proposition of continuously adding value through experience and the practical application of our products and services.
