At EXECUTIVE PARTNER SERVICES, LLC (EPSi) we believe any information you may provide us should be protected from disclosure to others. We respect your privacy and this page outlines the policies we have put in place to protect it.

Under no circumstances (except where ordered by a court with an applicable jurisdiction) will EPSi divulge any of the information you may provide us when subscribing to one of our services. You will also note that we do not request more information than the absolute minimum required to provide the services we offer.

We take the issue of privacy very seriously and give you our assurance that the information you provide us will be kept secure to the very best of our ability. We will never sell or give away your email address. If you provide us your email address via our Contact Us page or through any other method, you agree to receive periodic email correspondence from EPSi. If we do contact you via email, our intent will be to inform and educate you on matters which are relevant to proper and effective use of business strategies consistent with the products and services we offer. Certain transactions pertaining to our services may require that we collect credit card information from you. In such cases, you will provide such information on a document which you will sign and approve. Our assurance is that it will be used for the sole purpose defined in such document as agreed by you and it will not be divulged to any unrelated third party without your prior permission.

Personally Identifiable Information is information about you and your business, such as your name, company name, company address, phone number, e-mail address, FEIN, etc.
