Business Diagnostic Utilizing our broad and deep business experience in all areas of an organization, along with input from our strategic vendor partners, we have created a very simple, comprehensive and effective means to help uncover and/or confirm various issues that could be negatively affecting your company.  The methodology behind the Business Diagnostic is straightforward; we schedule a meeting with a business owner and any other company team members you invite.  We then ask a series of questions designed to uncover and understand where your business may be operating inefficiently or ineffectively.  The questions are divided into the following areas:

The deliverable, and ultimate value of the diagnostic meeting itself, is a Diagnostic Report that will detail all the questions and answers from the meeting, and most importantly will provide you with tactical direction on how to address the specific issues that were raised in each area. This direction will be very specific and allow you to utilize the Diagnostic Report to quickly and effectively obtain tangible results and answers.

For example; say one of the issues we uncovered is that the “hitrate” on your website is subpar; therefore your investment in Internet marketing is not paying off. The Diagnostic Report will provide you with input as to how to improve the hitrate (could be your site needs to be search engine optimized or maybe you would invest in a pay-per-click advertising campaign) along with a provider(s) of best-in-class product/services that address this specific issue. In essence, we are introducing you to the person or organization that can bring the results you need to address the issues we uncovered. Ultimately, isn’t that what you want from a business advisor or consultant? First, discovery or confirmation of a business problem, but second the actual answer to the problem?

There is no obligation to utilize EPSi’s vendor network to implement the specific direction that we provide in the Diagnostic Report. We seek to first deliver value through the Business Diagnostic itself and then, if you so desire, through introducing the companies that we know are the best at addressing the specific issues we have helped you uncover.
